Cancellations

Please know that you are reserving a specific appointment slot with Mary Alvarez, so if you need to cancel your reservation, please do so as early in advance as possible.

 

We require 24 hours cancellation notice.

A $25.00 fee will be deducted from your account for all

broken appointments or those not cancelled with 24 hour notice.

New Clients

Please do not come in with sun-tanned skin in order to avoid hyper-pigmentation after extractions. Please advise your facialist of any sensitivities or allergies.

Please arrive at least 15 minutes in advance of your appointment in order to get settled into the space and complete any necessary paperwork.

Payments

Payment is required at the time services are rendered and do not include a tip, if you choose to leave one.

Payment is accepted in the form of Cash, Payment App or Gift Card. 

No exchanges or refunds.
